Apparently, soaking in the jacuzzi is not just relaxes your body muscles are just tired. Results of research experts at the International Diabetes Center states, routinely soak in warm sudsy water to control blood sugar levels.

Research conducted in type 2 diabetics, who asked to soak in the jacuzzi every day for 30 minutes in 3 weeks. The result, sugar levels in their blood dropped by 30%.

The researchers concluded, this condition occurs due to 'massage' the body of warm water that can accelerate blood circulation, thus affecting lower blood sugar levels.
